Group Fitness (CLASSES)

Java Fitness offers a number of classes in the Washington area. All Java Fitness classes provide individualized attention and, therefore, are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. As our schedule changes season to season, we encourage you to check back to confirm your preference.


Boot Camp with Flava: An intensive and effective interval training class. We use body weight (your own), dumbbells, medicine balls, and various other types of equipment to challenge your body to make gains in strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular and strength endurance, flexibility, agility, and quickness. We work you hard, in creative ways, and may sometimes even make you laugh! All levels welcome.


Zumba® : Zumba® is a Latin inspired cardio-dance class that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will keep you moving and keep you smiling. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. The “rhythm is gonna get ya”! All levels welcome.

Group Fitness Schedule


 Winter (Zoom Classes)(Tuesday, December 1, 2020-Friday, February 26, 2021)


Tuesdays and Fridays: 8:30-9:30 or 9:30-10:30 (confirmed by email). Bootcamp with Flava classes through Zoom. You will want a mat, hand weights (ideally, a light pair, i.e., less than 5 lbs., and a moderate pair, i.e., 10-15 lbs.), a sturdy chair, a ball or cushion (pilates ball is preferable), a band (if you have one), water, and, if possible, a heart rate monitor. We can work around difficulties obtaining the suggested equipment!  Full Session: $280.00; Drop-ins: $15.00; Classes with Recordings: $480; Single Class Recordings: $20.00 (in addition to the drop-in or session price).
