Individual Program Design

Java Fitness also provides individual weekly, monthly, and yearly program design for those who are unable or uninterested in meeting with a trainer on a regular basis.

For those pursuing weight loss programs, we will also work with you to review your food logs to assist you in staying on track to meet your goals.
